Our Approach

Our system is the the product of more than ten years working with, and continuously learning from, the best professionals in the industry, literally thousands of hours in the trenches coaching, and thoroughly researching all aspects of fitness, diet and lifestyle.

Programs are progressive and we continually review your progress, adjusting your program regularly so that you never stop improving. That is what you pay for at W10 Performance.

Our Philosophy

You’re going to pay good money for the best fitness and fat loss program around, not a coffee date or counselling session. Our team are approachable, experienced and enjoy some banter, but if you’re looking for a gym where the personal trainer molly-coddles you and will be your best friend while ignoring the purpose of your workouts, then W10 Performance is not the place for you.

We have a proud culture amongst our members and our team and everyone works together to achieve their fitness goals.  That’s why the members of W10 Performance get the results they do. It’s a very welcoming, but no-nonsense approach.

Jean-Claude is W10’s founder.  He has vast experience and knowledge of training and performance methods as well as a passion for health and fitness.  In his own words:“W10 was born somewhat out of frustration at the poor standard of advice people receive from the vast majority of personal trainers and commercial gyms. I just felt it had become more about sales than what’s actually important: gym culture and client results.I wanted to change this, so set about putting together a team and creating an environment geared to helping people change.  And I think we’ve done exactly – we’ve created a place where people get good advice, enjoy their training, and get results.”

Adam played rugby at professional level in Wales and Italy, and only last season hung up his boots from playing semi-professionally for Rosslyn Park. This experience, together with his broad knowledge and practical coaching experience make him one of the most popular trainers around. Adam believes that, “consistency in training, and good nutrition are the perfect combination for anyone looking to enhance their quality of life.”
Rob Coles
Rob has an extensive strength training history and a serious passion for health and nutrition. A firm believer in practicing what he preaches, he uses his own personal experiences to help cut through the BS and offers “real world” solutions to those looking for results. Rob believes “ If you optimise your health, results will follow”.

Armed with a Sports Science degree, Clara started out in personal training, corrective exercise, and specialist nutrition. However, her passion for holistic health and wellbeing led her to yoga.Clara is a registered yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance, and also holds qualifications through the CHEK Institute. She is a qualified British Association of Cardiac Rehabilitation Phase IV instructor, and a certified Advanced Metabolic Typing Advisor in specialist nutrition.
