Programs are progressive and we continually review your progress, adjusting your program regularly so that you never stop improving. That is what you pay for at W10 Performance.
Our Philosophy
You’re going to pay good money for the best fitness and fat loss program around, not a coffee date or counselling session. Our team are approachable, experienced and enjoy some banter, but if you’re looking for a gym where the personal trainer molly-coddles you and will be your best friend while ignoring the purpose of your workouts, then W10 Performance is not the place for you.
We have a proud culture amongst our members and our team and everyone works together to achieve their fitness goals. That’s why the members of W10 Performance get the results they do. It’s a very welcoming, but no-nonsense approach.
