“Having been relatively sporty all my life over the past few years I had let myself go becoming an overweight, over 50 year old who, most of the time, was a couch potato. I originally joined W10 to get in shape for my holiday.

Six months later I continue to go to the gym 3 times a week, working with a the guys once a week as part of my program (they’re great task masters who will not let me get away with anything!).  Twice a week on my own – but the W10 guys are always there to give me a help in hand / advice if I need it.

The guys are certainly honest / realistic and hold no punches.  They will tell you what could be / is achievable if you are willing to work at it – not only in the gym but with your diet.  The advice on what I ate and the changes I needed to make (not as many as you might think) was amazing. Working hard in the gym and taking on board the dietary advice I have reduced my weight by 15Kg and body fat by 105mm in 18 weeks.

It’s a shame W10 do not do ‘before and after’ photos as with my weight loss and new shape friends and colleagues can’t believe I am the same person plus I feel so much better for it.  I definitely have more energy and no longer have those horrible cravings for chocolate or sweet foods. I can’t imagine going back to what I used to eat and am confident that I will have no problems continuing with my new healthier diet.

I would recommend W10 to anyone who is serious about wanting to either lose weight and get fit or just get fit – the guys are very knowledgeable and helpful but most of all, with the banter that goes on in the gym, make it fun!
